I’m so proud of my boys! ;)
So much has been going on these last few weeks. Sports Guy finished up his basketball season. We are so proud of him. He’s playing for a great league, but each year is challenging because he doesn’t know that many people at the beginning of the season. By the end though, he’s just part of the team and having a great time. He really improved this year with his rebounding. I may be wrong but I think he was one of the top rebounders on the team. (Can you tell I’m proud of him?)
The Professor is spending the weekend at a retreat kind of thing with his youth group. I have been so nervous about this, but he is really starting to come into his own. I can’t believe how much he has grown up. He is such an awesome young man. I could tell he was nervous about going, but really excited. We dropped off supper for his group last night and we pulled up to see him playing football with the guys. It was great!
Lil Guy has been coming into his own as well. I don’t think it will be long and we will be finding him his “spot”. You know that one thing that he loves doing being involved with. Right now though, he seems to be content just hanging out with the rest of us and drawing. Who knows? Maybe art will be his thing? I’m looking forward to watching as he figures it out.
